Email help@bigbwain.com with where you were playing (browser or Android), your device, and what happened. If a run went wrong, the text from Copy Verified Score on the Run Complete screen lets us replay exactly what you saw.
In your browser
play.rubetris.com has all three games. It loads once and then keeps working offline; on a phone, add it to your home screen for full-screen play. How to Play inside the game lists every control for keyboard and touch.
Your records and settings live in the browser's storage for the site. Clearing that storage, or playing in a private window, starts you from nothing. There is no way to move records between browsers.
On Android
The Android app on Google Play has all three games, Debrix, Erikade and Rosette, with touch controls and editable touch layouts. Records, trophies and settings stay on the device; uninstalling the app removes them. If the listing is not visible for your account or region yet, it is still rolling out.
Verified rankings
A browser run is ranked only if our server can replay its moves to the same score. If the Run Complete screen says a run was not ranked, the reason is one of these, in the game's own words:
- this run's rules are not ranked: only Debrix, Erikade and Rosette on their standard rules are ranked.
- the replay did not reproduce the score: the run could not be checked; try again on a fresh run.
- too many submissions — try again in a minute.
- the replay is longer than the rankings accept.
"Rankings unavailable — saved locally." means the server could not be reached; the run is in your local records either way. To have a run or your device name removed from the rankings, email us with the name shown on the Run Complete screen. The privacy page lists exactly what a submission contains.
Known limits
- Records do not sync between devices; there are no accounts.
